Workshop Service
Please phone 02 6655 3930 to discuss the inverter fault. If it is determined that the unit needs to come to the workshop, we can assist with the freight arrangements. An estimated cost and the repair turn around time will be discussed at this time. In special cases a hire inverter can be arranged while your inverter is being serviced.

Telephone Consultation
Our technicians are available for telephone consultation. In many cases this is free and friendly advice, however, Solar Inverters always reserves the right to charge for telephone consultations.

The cost is at our standard workshop rate in 15 minute increments and is per call, i.e.
0 to 15minutes = 15 minutes
15 to 30 minutes = 30 minutes
30 to 45 minutes = 45 minutes
45 to 60 minutes = 60 minutes
