Workshop Service

Please phone (02) 6655 3930 (International: +61 2 6655 3930) to discuss the inverter fault. If it is determined that the unit needs to come to the workshop, we can assist with the freight arrangements. An estimated cost and the repair turnaround time will be discussed at this time. In special cases a hire inverter can be arranged while your inverter is being serviced.

Field Service

Should your power system require servicing or repair, a site visit can be arranged. Our technicians are available throughout Australia, Asia, and the Pacific. The cost is at our standard workshop rate plus travel expenses and travel time.
